My role gave me a unique view of the finance landscape — seeing how the best brokers approached deals, how lenders assessed applications, and what separated a well-structured submission from one that faced unnecessary challenges.
What stood out to me was how much of a difference the right advice, strategy, and lender selection could make. Too often, good borrowers weren't missing out because they couldn't afford finance — they were missing out because they didn't have the right guidance, structure, or someone experienced advocating for them.
That experience shaped the way I approach finance today.
